Chef Emily will craft a four-course menu, each dish thoughtfully paired with Sara’s single-varietal olive oils and artisanal balsamic vinegars. The experience will be elevated with curated wine and cocktail pairings, designed to highlight and complement the flavors of the evening.

Sara Elizabeth Jimenez is a certified Sommelier and Olive Oil Sommelier whose career began in New York, creating memorable food and wine experiences. Inspired by her travels and tastings across Europe, she launched Somm in the Grove to bring the richness of single-varietal olive oils to kitchens everywhere. Through tastings, classes, and collaborations, Sara connects people through flavor, storytelling, and the artistry of wine and olive oil.
