This hands-on class explores the beauty, balance, and bold flavors of seasonal salads—each paired with its own signature vinaigrette. Learn how to build texture, flavor, and visual appeal while mastering the art of the perfect dressing. We’ll cover classic and creative vinaigrette techniques, how to compose and plate like a chef, and tips for effortless summer entertaining.
On the Menu:
– Summer White Bean, Cucumber & Tomato Salad with a Classic Lemon-Shallot Vinaigrette
– Asian Pasta Salad with Soy-Ginger Yuzu Vinaigrette
– Market Greens with Grilled Chicken & a Tarragon-Honey Champagne Vinaigrette
Includes chef-led instruction, all materials and ingredients, a full tasting of all three salads, a recipe packet, tastings of Chef Emily’s famous focaccia, light refreshments, and three take-home jars of freshly made dressings—one from each course.
